Some recipes

Awsomely healthy skillet potato veggetable side dish


discovered through divine inspiration at the supermarket- lots of natural food, minimal preperation:

Potatos
Onions
Green peppers
Sage
Other veggies available

  • Cube the potatoes, rinse them off, and toss them in the electric Wok.
  • Let the potatoes cook for a while- they take longest, use olive oil or spray
  • slice some onion and green peppers and toss them in
  • Add seasoning
