Well, the holidays, aging, and a sedentary lifestyle have pushed my weight beyond the exceptable limits. Everyone is planning on eating healthier, but most important is that I don't fall apart any more then I already have. In this blog, we record recipes and other nutrition and healthy eating information culled from books, internet, magazines, and personal experience. Hopefully, we can cobble together a good list of what works and what doesn't, what tastes good and what doesn't, and we can, in the end, have our own diet resource just a mouse click away the next time we are bored, hungry, and eying the Christmas Cakes or considering a the lazy instant gratification of $5 pizzas.
